Hinge #1 Heavy duty Hinge Pins Hinges. We offer only high strength hinges we know will last. Hinges can be matched to decorative finishes.

Hinge #2 Self-Closing Adjustable Hinges. Tension Hinges can be adjusted for 0 to 10. This allows you to change the speed at which the door closes. An option not to self-close works on this hinge as well. Custom finished to your decorative door hardware available.

Hinge #3 Interior Door hinges: High Strength interior door hinges can be color matched to your decorative door hardware.

Must Have-Adjustable Tension Roller, Door Latch: The Roller latch ensure your door will not open in windy conditions or when the lock is not set. The pressure on the roller latch can be set to allow you to personalize your push and pull resistance

Lock #1 Heavy duty Dead Bolt Built for our 3” to 7” thick doors. Made from high strength tungsten steel. The dead bolts offers a very secure almost non-breach loc. Double or single cylinder. Order single if you want a thumb turn on one the interior side. Double cylinders are keyed the same. This lock can be used for commercial applications.

Lock #2 Mortise Lock, Extra Heavy Duty. Designed and manufactured especially for our doors. This lock is made by the worlds top lock manufactures. This lock fits in the interior of the door in a large mortise pocket. The lock fits inside and can be viewed from the door edge. Since this is a Heavy duty Lock the mounting plates are heavier then our Heavy Duty Lock. Look to this lock when extra security is a concern.

Sweep Choice #1 Self Sealing Mechanical Door Sweep. Installed inside the bottom of the door. This lock automatically raise and lowers with door opening and closing. Choose this sweep to ensure a perfect tight seal every time. If a rug exist next to the door, the automatic raising function of this sweep retracts to clear the rug.

Sweep Choice #2 Face Mount Sweep. Installed on the face of a door, this sweep requires extra force to close and open a door. This sweep will eventually wear and will not ensure a perfect seal.

Threshold Choice: Adjustable Crush Proof Heavy Duty Threshold. The adjustable saddle allows for adjustment up and down to ensure a perfect seal. ADA compliant and commercial thresholds available.

Double Doors Require Stationary Door Side Locks: The stationary door must be locked to allow the “in motion” door to latch and lock. Security is important and strong side locks are vital to secure an entry door properly. We use surface mounted solid steel drop bars and slide bolts. You may be familiar with lever style pins locks used in most double doors. Usually these are weak and can be easily forced. For this reason we do no promote such styles of “in door” mortise pins. Please remember we can fashion, texture and color your door slide bolts to enhance the theme of your door as well.
